一、凡由本公司生產(chǎn)銷售的各種產(chǎn)品所出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,本公司均按規(guī)定實行“三包”服務(wù),并由售后服務(wù)三包隊承擔(dān)此項工作。
二、產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)的原則是:“解決問題為先、用戶滿意為上、企業(yè)形象為重”。如產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題,在接到用戶信息后,48小時內(nèi)前往現(xiàn)場,保證及時給以修復(fù)。根據(jù)用戶要求開展售前服務(wù)、安裝、維修、技術(shù)咨詢等其它服務(wù)項目。設(shè)立節(jié)假日值班制度,保證每天有人值班接待,同時設(shè)立專用電話廣告用戶,做到快速反映,快速處理,解決用戶反映的質(zhì)量問題。售后服務(wù)人員要認(rèn)真、周到、徹底處理好有關(guān)質(zhì)量問題,保證用戶及時使用,無后顧之憂。
三、公司定期進行用戶訪問活動,為用戶建立維修檔案,對每次聯(lián)系、服務(wù)、回訪及質(zhì)量反饋信息等資料記錄在案,并作質(zhì)量分析。
四、在及時解決好售出產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問題的同時,售后服務(wù)人員有義務(wù)無償?shù)叵蛴脩籼峁┘夹g(shù)咨詢、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)以及解答其它產(chǎn)品相關(guān)聯(lián)的問題。
五、凡確屬本公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題的產(chǎn)品,一切費用均由本公司承擔(dān)。對因用戶方所造成的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題(或超出質(zhì)保期的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題)本公司酌情收費,但不高于總支出的費用(或成本費)。
